Book the studio

Guests may cancel their 1-3 hour booking 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all fees) of their booking price. 1-3 hour bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable

Guests may cancel their 4+ hour bookings 72 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all fees) of their booking price. 4+ hour bookings cancellations submitted less than 72 hours before the event start time are not refundable

1. Your rental time includes load-in, setup, tear down and cleaning. Please arrive and pack up on-time to be respectful of the space

2. If any furniture or prop items are damaged or stolen, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for the cost of the item

3. The studio does not take responsibility for any injuries/accidents during your booking

4. If you plan on using heavy + fragile in house props, please request assistance 

5. Maximum of 15 people per party (unless agreed upon prior)

6. No smoke machine use (unless agreed upon prior

7. No pornography

8. No dogs

9. Music must be kept at low levels on weekdays 8am-5pm. Music must be keep at reasonable volume all other times to respect the building tenants

In addition to the $60 hourly rate, we have a few fees to keep in mind:

We reserve the right to bill an additional fee of $15 for late departure and/or an excessively dirty studio

If any furniture or prop items are damaged or stolen, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for the cost of the item

There is a $15 fee for full roll out of white seamless on the floor, or destroyed paper (tears, spills)
